The Mystery Writers of America has announced that "The Herring Seller's Apprentice" has been nominated for the 2010 "Edgar Allan Poe Awards" in the "best paperback original" category.
Research has begun for the fourth Elsie & Ethelred mystery. Many thanks to all the passengers and staff of the S/S MISR, cruising the Nile 7-14 Dec 2009 for making this such a very enjoyable experience. No prizes for guessing the title of this novel but it will have Herring and Nile in it!
